Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Muzraynix collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It also covers how I treat your accounts and data if we work together. Muzraynix is run by one person, Rayan, so "I" and "me" below means me.

What I collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form:

• your name
• your email address
• the type of project you picked
• your message

To stop spam, the server also briefly sees your IP address so it can limit how many messages one connection can send in a short time. That record is held in memory for about ten minutes and is never written to a database or linked to your name.

What I don't collect

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies. You can browse every page without sharing anything.

How your message is used

When you send the form, your message is delivered to my inbox by email so I can reply to you. I use it only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to run that project. I don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Your accounts and data when we work together

To build or automate something for you, I may need access to your systems: your domain and DNS, hosting, databases (for example Supabase), email, payment or other tools, API keys, and the customer data inside them. Everything you give me access to stays yours. My promise:

• I use your accounts, data and access only for the work you asked me to do, and nothing else.
• I never use your email, domain, database, hosting, API keys or any other account for my own projects or for other clients.
• I never sell, share or copy your data or your customers' data, and never contact your customers unless the project needs it and you've agreed.
• I don't change anything outside the agreed work without asking you first.
• I keep passwords and keys private and stored securely. Where a service allows it, I ask for my own login instead of your personal password, so you can remove it any time.
• When the project ends, I hand everything back, remove my access (or ask you to), and delete any copies of your data and credentials I no longer need.
• I only show your project in my portfolio, including its name, screenshots or a testimonial, if you say yes.

Who else handles it

A few services are needed to run this site and deliver your message:

• Resend sends the contact form email to me.
• My hosting provider serves the website and may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
• My email provider stores the message once it reaches my inbox.

Each of these handles your data under its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for as long as they're useful for our conversation or a project, and delete them when they're no longer needed. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email contact@muzraynix.com and I'll handle it within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the contact form is validated on the server, and no form data is stored on the website itself. No system is perfectly secure, but I keep what's collected to the minimum needed to reply to you.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
